It will be necessary to place frozen broth in a saucepan, dilute if necessary, wait until it boils and put the prepared vegetable dressing in the required amount. When preparing salt this way, use less, taking into account the amount added to the dressing.

To make a dressing for soups, it is recommended to take the ingredients in such quantities: half a kilogram of carrots, onions, sweet peppers and tomatoes, 300 g of parsley, dill to taste. You can add potatoes - then you don't even have to peel them separately. But it should be borne in mind that the dish will be tastier with potatoes, which were peeled and cut immediately before cooking the soup.

Prepare the ingredients - chop the herbs, grate the carrots, peppers and onions, cut into thin strips. Peel the tomatoes and cut into pieces. Mix all the ingredients in one bowl, then sprinkle everything with salt. It is recommended to take 300 g of Extra salt for the indicated amount of vegetables. More salt may be needed. Incubate the mixture at room temperature for 10-15 minutes until the juice comes out. Then put the vegetable dressing in sterilized jars and close the lids (nylon are suitable). The dressing can be stored in the refrigerator for a long time.
