- - 200 g chicken fillet
- - 200 g pickled mushrooms
- - 50 g ham
- - 3 pcs. potatoes
- - 3 pcs. egg whites
- - 1 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- - mayonnaise
- - 6 pcs. eggs for decoration
- - 4 things. lettuce leaves
Instructions
Step 1
Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into thin strips, you can use a special grater. Heat a skillet and pour in vegetable oil. When the butter starts to crackle, gently place the potatoes in the skillet. Fry over high heat until crusty. Turn over and fry on the other side. Remove from heat and salt.
Step 2
Boil the chicken fillet and cut it coarsely enough, send it to a bowl, dividing it into fibers. Add chopped mushrooms and ham to the chicken. Hard boil the eggs. Take three eggs and separate the whites from the yolks. Grate the proteins on a fine grater. Mix them with the rest of the ingredients. Season the salad with mayonnaise.
Step 3
Place the contents of a bowl in a nest on top of the lettuce leaves. Arrange the fried potatoes on top and garnish with boiled eggs. Decorate the hatched chick for more effect.
