Arabic salad is an amazing dish with an unusual taste made from familiar vegetables. It can be cooked at home, but it is especially tasty in the country, where grilled vegetables are easy to get on the fire or on the grill.
It is necessary
- - 2 eggplants;
- - 2 large tomatoes;
- - 1 bell pepper;
- - 1/2 young zucchini (about 100 g);
- - 1 cucumber;
- - 1/2 lemon;
- - olive oil 2 tablespoons;
- - salt, pepper to taste;
- - garlic 1-3 cloves (to taste);
- - greens (cilantro, dill).
Instructions
Step 1
Grill (in the oven, over the fire) eggplants, zucchini and peppers. Peel.
Step 2
Cut fresh tomatoes and cucumbers into thin slices.
Step 3
Chop baked vegetables and mix with tomatoes and cucumbers in a bowl.
Step 4
Chop the garlic, mix it in a separate bowl with the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper, chopped herbs. Add olive oil to the mixture, stir and pour the dressing into the salad.
