If you want to feed your guests and household members with a delicious salad, and there is very little time left, try options with red cabbage, tomatoes, salami and cheese.
Delicious red cabbage salad with radishes: an instant recipe
Required Ingredients:
- 400 g of red cabbage;
- 3 pickled red bell peppers;
- 1 red onion;
- 1 bunch of radish;
- 1 teaspoon of salt;
- 1-2 cloves of garlic;
- 1-2 tablespoons of wine or apple cider vinegar.
Pour onion, peeled and cut into thin half rings, with vinegar (you can replace vinegar with lemon juice) and leave for 10 minutes.
Finely chop the red cabbage (after removing the stalk). Season with salt and squeeze with your hands to release the juice.
The thinner the vegetables for this salad are cut, the richer the flavor will be.
Cut the pickled peppers into thin strips, and the radish into slices. Combine all vegetables, add crushed garlic. Season, if desired, with a small amount of vegetable oil and mix well. Decorate the salad with fresh herbs before serving.
Italian salad with salami and mozzarella
Required Ingredients:
- 250g mozzarella;
- 50g salami;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- 4 slices of white loaf.
For refueling:
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of olive oil;
- 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar;
- 15 g of basil leaves;
- 15 g of parsley leaves;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
Cut off the crust from the loaf and tear it with your hands into small pieces. Melt the butter and pour over the bread. Transfer the pieces of loaf to a frying pan lined with foil and put in the oven for a few minutes. Slice the salami thinly - the slices should be translucent.
Put parsley and basil in a blender bowl, pour in vinegar, olive oil, add pepper, salt and beat until the herbs are completely chopped. Cut the mozzarella into large cubes. Arrange the cheese on a large plate and drizzle the dressing over each bite.
If you use scooped mozzarella to make your salad, then you don't need to cut it.
Place the salami between the mozzarella slices. Sprinkle toasted bread on top.
Tomato salad with egg and ham: quick and tasty
Required Ingredients:
- 500 g of tomatoes;
- 2 chicken eggs;
- 100 g of ham;
- 100 g of mayonnaise;
- dill greens;
- ground black pepper;
- salt.
Hard boil the eggs, peel and cut into small wedges. Cut the ham into large cubes. Finely chop the dill greens. Coarsely chop the tomatoes. Place all ingredients in one bowl. Add salt and ground black pepper, season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
