- wheat flour - 2 tablespoons;

- sour cream - 200 g;

- water - 300 ml;

- onion - 1 pc;

- cheese - 50 g;

- vegetable oil - 5 tablespoons;

- black pepper - to taste;

- salt to taste.

First, you need to thoroughly rinse, peel and cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Then cut the peeled onion into small cubes and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Add mushrooms to the onion and simmer them over low heat for about half an hour. Then add salt, pepper and sour cream, mix everything thoroughly and simmer for another 2-3 minutes.

After that, you need to mix cold boiled water with flour in a separate container. Mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps. The resulting mixture must be added to the mushrooms, mix thoroughly and cook for another 5-7 minutes. If the sauce is too thick, you can add a little water. At the end, the dish is sprinkled with grated cheese, covered with a lid and infused for about 10 minutes.

Strawberry smoothie

Strawberry smoothies are a great alternative to your regular dessert. It cooks very quickly and is especially suitable for summer when strawberries are sold at every turn.

Ingredients:

- strawberries - 350 g;

- cottage cheese - 100 g;

- milk - 240 ml;

- sugar - 2 tablespoons;

- oat flakes - 3 tbsp.

First, you need to thoroughly rinse the strawberries and discard them in a colander so that the excess water is glass. The washed strawberries should be placed in the bowl of the kitchen processor. Add cottage cheese, cereal and sugar. Mix everything thoroughly.
