A wonderful, light sweet sauce with a slight sourness. It goes very well with cottage cheese and pancakes. May be a good addition to breakfast or a light snack.

- - 250 g low-fat sour cream;
- - 50 g of icing sugar;
- - 20 g rum;
- - 2 pcs. kiwi;
- - 1 PC. banana;
- - 200 g of canned peaches;
- - 1 PC. sour green apple;
- - 2 pcs. tangerines.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse all fruits thoroughly in cold running water and let dry. Peel the skin of the kiwi with a sharp knife. Peel the banana. Remove the core and skin from the apple. Peel the tangerines from the peel, films, only the pulp should remain.
Step 2
Remove the canned peaches from the jar, put on a sieve so that the water is glass. Divide into two equal parts. Cut one part into small cubes. Beat the second in a blender, add banana, finely chopped apple, tangerines and kiwi to it.
Step 3
In a separate cup, beat the sour cream and gradually add the powdered sugar, then the rum. Gradually add the sour cream mixture to the fruit and stir. Chill the sauce slightly in the refrigerator and add the canned peach slices. You can add some diced apple. Serve as an independent dish or as a sauce for pancakes, cottage cheese, ice cream.
