- 1 tbsp. icing sugar;

- 2 tbsp. spoons of fat sour cream and milk.

Sugar must first be sieved, then mixed with sour cream. Pour in milk carefully. The finished glaze turns out to be watery - it will not only cover the baked goods, but also slightly saturate them. Good for dry muffins.

This glaze can be called universal, it is suitable for any sweet baked goods. The simplicity of its preparation is simply amazing: you do not need to cook, heat, cut or rub anything.

Ingredients:

- 4 tbsp. spoons of sour cream (it is better to take fatty one);

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar;

- 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice.

Powdered sugar must first be sieved so that there are no lumps left. Then mix it with sour cream until smooth. Next, a small amount of freshly squeezed lemon juice is added to the mixture. If desired, you can add a little lemon zest to the finished glaze, after rubbing it on a fine grater. It remains to cover the cake or pie with ready-made sour cream icing.

Chocolate glaze with sour cream

Chocolate icing always looks beautiful and appetizing on baked goods. Vanilla extract will add a pleasant aroma to it.

Ingredients:

- a glass of powdered sugar;

- 125 g sour cream;

- 120 g of dark chocolate;

- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, butter;

- 1 1/2 tbsp. tablespoons of corn syrup.

There is nothing difficult in making chocolate icing either. First, the dark chocolate must be crumbled into a saucepan, put in a water bath and melted along with a piece of butter. Stir the chocolate and butter to form a homogeneous dark mass. Then corn syrup and vanilla extract are added to the chocolate. The glaze should then cool slightly.

Sour cream is whipped until completely homogeneous with a glass of powdered sugar. Then the sour cream is mixed in portions with melted chocolate. Then there is little to do: cover the finished muffins or cake with chocolate-sour cream icing.

Glaze with cocoa and sour cream

This version of the glaze is cooked on sour cream. The result is an equally delicious coating for homemade baking.

Ingredients:

- 3 full art. tablespoons of powdered sugar;

- 3 tbsp. spoons of fat sour cream;

- 1 st. a spoonful of butter, cocoa powder.

First, in a small bowl, mix sour cream with cocoa powder, sugar together. Then put the container on low heat, cook the glaze until the sugar dissolves, stirring constantly (3 minutes is enough). Then a piece of butter is added, mixed thoroughly.

Before covering the confection with the finished sour cream glaze, you need to let it cool down a little, otherwise it will be absorbed into the dough, and will not cover it. To achieve a more chocolatey glaze flavor, you can increase the amount of cocoa powder added by one scoop.
