  • - 1 liter of fat sour cream;
  • - 200 g vanilla sugar;
  • - 6 pcs. chicken eggs;
  • - 4 things. sweet apples;
  • - 10 powdered sugar;
  • - 10 g of coconut;
  • - 1 PC. lemon.

Instructions

Step 1

For this recipe, you can use food colors and tint the finished ice cream with them. For small children, this homemade ice cream can be slightly tinted with natural dyes, such as beets and carrots. If the ice cream is not tinted, it will be light yellow or brownish.

Step 2

Take four medium-sized ripe sweet apples, wash well and pat dry. Use a sharp knife to cut off the rind from them and remove the core with seeds. Cut the apple pulp into thin slices of 3 millimeters. Pour icing sugar into a wide plate and dip each apple slice in it on both sides.

Step 3

Spread baking paper on a baking sheet and place the apple slices so that they do not touch each other. Preheat the oven well, put a baking sheet in it, turn off the oven after five minutes, but do not open or remove the sheet. Wait until it cools down. Check the apples, they should dry completely, if not, turn the oven back on for five minutes. Cool dried apples and grind them in a coffee grinder or blender.

Step 4

Whisk the sour cream in a separate blender cup. Add sugar in small portions until it is all over. Beat until the mixture is smooth and the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the applesauce to the mixture and beat again.

Step 5

Take chicken eggs and separate the whites. In a separate blender cup, beat them until foamy, and then combine with sour cream mass. Stir and add the lemon zest. Transfer to another container. Add the coconut flakes, stir with a fork and refrigerate for 6 hours. Stir the mixture a little every hour. Serve by scooping the mixture into balls or placing the ice cream in the bowls.
