It is necessary

  • Per serving:
  • - 100 g of cheese 15% fat;
  • - 60 g canned artichokes;
  • - 40 g of oranges;
  • - 40 g of grapefruit;
  • - 1 st. a spoonful of honey and lime juice;
  • - black pepper.

Instructions

Step 1

Cover the baking sheet with parchment; you do not need to grease with oil.

Step 2

Grate 50 g of cheese on a coarse grater, form a flat cake from this mass, put it on a baking sheet. Bake for no more than five minutes at 180 degrees - this is the basis for the basket.

Step 3

Cool the baked cheese a little, transfer it to a bowl turned upside down, form a basket, cool the cheese completely in this form.

Step 4

Cut the remaining 50 g of cheese into small cubes. Cut the canned artichoke into quarters. Divide the grapefruit and orange pulp into segments.

Step 5

Remove the cheese from the bowl. Combine all the salad ingredients and place them in a baked cheese basket.

Step 6

Mix liquid honey with lime juice and pepper to taste with allspice. Pour the prepared salad on top with the resulting dressing. Serve the original salad immediately.
