An original and delicious salad with citrus and seafood will surely appeal to fans of culinary exoticism. In addition, this dish is very useful, because it contains a lot of vitamins and nutrients that will charge your body for the whole day.

- • 200 g of crab meat;
- • 1 orange;
- • 5-6 pcs. lettuce;
- • 1 lemon;
- • 1 grapefruit;
- • 1 small bunch of celery;
- • 2 teaspoons of hot sauce (chili);
- • 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
- • 4 teaspoons of sugar sand;
- • 2 tablespoons of liquid honey;
- • to taste salt, sesame seeds, spices.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel a large grapefruit - cut it with a knife, also remove the white streaks, try to preserve the juice as much as possible. Cut the grapefruit pulp into small random pieces.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment for baking, place the grapefruit pieces on it. Sprinkle each piece with granulated sugar, this is necessary for caramelization. Preheat the oven to 180-200 degrees in the "grill" mode, put a baking sheet with grapefruit for 10 minutes.
Step 3
In the meantime, cut the crab meat into pieces, also arbitrary. Put the chopped meat in a deep salad bowl. After 10 minutes, remove the grapefruit from the oven and set aside to cool.
Step 4
Open a jar of canned squid. Sometimes crystals form on squid (in canned food) so that they do not grind on their teeth in the future, the squid just needs to be rinsed in running water before use. Cut it into pieces and place it on top of the crab meat.
Step 5
Squeeze the juice of a whole lemon into a separate bowl, and grate its zest on a fine grater. Put the lemon zest in a bowl with the lemon juice squeezed earlier. With an orange, do the same procedure as with a lemon: squeeze out the juice, grate the zest, put everything in a bowl with the lemon.
Step 6
Chop a bunch of fresh green celery and combine with lemon and orange. Add liquid honey, olive oil and chili sauce according to the recipe to the citrus fruits in a bowl. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly. Tear lettuce at random with your hands and put in a container on the seafood.

Put the citrus dressing on the lettuce leaves, salt and add any spices if desired, mix. Top with cooled grapefruit wedges and sprinkle with a little sesame seeds. Salad ready.
