Sea salad made from shrimp and squid is very healthy, tasty, nutritious and at the same time low in calories. Seafood such as shrimp and squid are considered dietary. Sea salad will look especially good on the New Year's table.
It is necessary
- - squids - 200 g;
- - peeled shrimps - 200 g;
- - chicken egg - 3 pcs.;
- - mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. l.;
- - canned gherkins - 1 can, 200 g.
Instructions
Step 1
At the first stage of preparing this salad, you need to defrost the shrimp. It is best to do this in the evening by taking them out of the freezer and leaving the shrimp on the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. But if you are short on time, put the shrimp in a plastic bag, then put it in a bowl of warm water and leave it in it for 20-30 minutes. The water temperature should be around 30 degrees, as higher temperatures can destroy the beneficial proteins in the shrimp. After the shrimp is thawed, remove the bag and discard the shrimp in a colander.
Step 2
Peel the squid, wash and boil in boiling water for 5-7 minutes. In the event that you cook more squid, they may lose their juiciness and aroma, and become very tough. After 5-7 minutes, drain the water, then cool the squid at room temperature and cut them into thin strips.
Step 3
Remove the gherkins from the jar and cut into strips as well. Boil chicken eggs, then cool under running cold water, peel and grate on a coarse or medium grater. Do not forget to leave 1 chicken yolk, which you will need to decorate this salad.
Step 4
In a salad bowl, combine all these presidents: shrimps, squids, gherkins, shabby chicken eggs, add mayonnaise and mix well. Also, do not forget to garnish the sea salad with shrimp and squid with yolk, grated on a medium grater.
