Instructions
Step 1
To prepare a spicy salad, boil 200 grams of squid and the same amount of small shrimp separately for 5 minutes. Add bay leaves and a few black peppercorns to the water.
Step 2
Melt 40 grams of butter in a frying pan and lightly fry the garlic clove in it, passed through the garlic press. Put 2 tablespoons of tomato paste, 4 tablespoons of sour cream on it and stir. Bring sauce to a boil and remove from heat.
Step 3
Cut the cooled squid into rings and mix with the shrimp. Then drizzle with juice from half a lemon and place one serving on a lettuce leaf. Top seafood with cooked sauce and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Step 4
For a hearty salad, boil 200 grams of squid and 100 grams of large shrimp. Cut the finished seafood into cubes, leaving 5 shrimp for garnish. Boil 2 chicken eggs and 3 potato tubers. Cut them into strips and combine with squid and shrimp.
Step 5
Add 6 tablespoons of canned green peas, stir and season with salt to taste. Season the salad with 100 grams of mayonnaise mixed with one tablespoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of dill. Garnish the salad with the remaining shrimp and a few dill sprigs.
Step 6
Make a squid and shrimp mushroom salad. To do this, boil 100 grams of shrimp and 3 medium squid for 5 minutes. Set aside the shrimp and cut the squid into strips.
Step 7
Grind 200 grams of fresh mushrooms and one onion. Fry them in vegetable oil. Boil 2 eggs hard-boiled and cut 2 pickles into small cubes. Grate eggs and 100 grams of cheese on a coarse grater. Chop 200 grams of fresh champignons and one onion. Fry them in vegetable oil for 5 minutes.
Step 8
Place squid, mushrooms, onions, eggs and cheese in a salad bowl. Mix all ingredients and season with enough mayonnaise. Top with shrimp and thin tomato slices.
