It is necessary
- - 8 large shrimps;
- - 20 gr. squid;
- - 10 ml. dry white wine;
- -6 olives;
- - 6 pitted olives;
- - 1 tsp vegetable oil;
- - 1 tsp mixtures of Italian herbs;
- - salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Prepare shrimp. Peel the shell of the shrimp, leaving the tail unpeeled.
Step 2
Preheat a skillet with the addition of vegetable oil. Quickly fry the shrimp and squid over high heat for 5 minutes. Then season with salt seafood, sprinkle with Italian herbs and add white wine. Bring to readiness.
Step 3
Serving the dish. Place the ingredients on the skewers in the following sequence: shrimp, olive, squid, olive, shrimp. You can use a slice of lemon and lettuce to decorate the dish.
