Step 1

To prepare a dietary salad "Ballerina", boil 800 grams of shrimp and squid each. Immerse the squid in boiling water for 3 minutes, then cool and remove the film. Boil the shrimps in salted water with spices (bay leaf and allspice).

Cool the seafood, peel the shrimp and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut the squid into rings. Cut one medium sized bell pepper into strips. Chop 150 grams of pickled seaweed and add to the rest of the ingredients. Fresh parsley leaves can also be finely chopped there (if desired).

Season with a mixture of 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice and stir. Add ground black pepper and garnish with a few shrimps.

Make mushroom seafood spaghetti. Boil 200 grams of spaghetti in salted water. In a separate bowl, boil 100 grams of squid and shrimp, no more than 3 minutes. Then peel the seafood, large shrimps can be cut lengthwise, small ones leave whole. Peel the squid from the foil and cut into strips.

Preheat a skillet, pour some olive oil into it and fry 1 garlic clove in it until golden brown. Then take it out and put the mushrooms in the pan, about 200 grams, having previously cut them into strips. Season with salt and fry for 10 minutes.

Step 6

Then add seafood to the mushrooms and fry for another 3 minutes. After that, pour 200 ml of 10% cream into the mixture of mushrooms and seafood and bring everything to a boil. Combine spaghetti with sauce, garnish with chopped herbs and grated cheese. It turned out to be a rather high-calorie and satisfying dish.
