It should be remembered that potassium permanganate cannot remove all fusel oils, therefore, after applying it, you should use the second method.

The second method is to filter the moonshine through a home-made or factory-made charcoal filter. It is easiest to use a store-bought filter. It is necessary to strain all the liquid through it. You can make the cleaning device yourself. To do this, take a funnel. At its bottom, you need to put a bandage folded in a few words, and on top - crushed activated carbon at the rate of 2-3 tablets per liter, or charcoal at the rate of 50g. per liter. Through the resulting filter, you need to strain all the moonshine. In addition, you can simply throw the specified amount of coal into a container with moonshine, and after 3-4 days pour it, throwing out the resulting sediment.

Another way to remove fusel oils from moonshine is with whole milk. One liter of mash needs about 200g. of this product. Immediately after mixing, a cloudy liquid will turn out, but then it will settle, and white lumps will fall out to the bottom. It is necessary to carefully drain the moonshine and get rid of unnecessary sediment.

Using the above tips, you can significantly improve the quality of moonshine by getting rid of fusel oils. After these procedures, you can start infusing alcohol.
