It is necessary

  • For the test:
  • - 400 g flour;
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • - 250 ml of water;
  • - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of olive or vegetable oil.
  • For filling:
  • - 250 g of pork;
  • - 250 g of beef;
  • - 200 g of onions (smaller to taste);
  • - 100 ml of milk;
  • - 1 teaspoon of salt;
  • - ground black pepper to taste.
  • For frying:
  • - 150 ml of vegetable oil.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the sifted flour (250 g) into a cup, add salt and stir. Then pour the flour and salt with boiling water (250 ml), stir thoroughly and leave aside to cool slightly.

Step 2

Pour olive oil into the flour mixture, mix. Add the rest of the flour in small portions, knead the dough. The dough should not stick to your hands. We form a ball from the dough, wrap it in a film or a bag and put it in a cool place for 30 minutes.

Step 3

Pass 250 g of pork and beef through a meat grinder twice. Peel and finely chop the onion (you can chop it in a blender), which we add to the minced meat. Pour in milk, season with salt and pepper, mix well. The filling for the chebupel is ready.

Step 4

Roll out the dough into a thin layer (the thinner the layer, the tastier). We cut out small circles in any round shape (for example, with a glass). Put a teaspoon of the filling on each circle, fold the circle in half, splice the edges.

Step 5

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Fry the chebupels for two minutes on both sides. Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs.
