We all love marmalade, but often purchased sweetness scares you with an unnaturally bright color and aroma. Try making marmalade at home - it's not as difficult as it sounds. In addition, all the ingredients for it will be only natural. You can be creative in making homemade marmalade: play with the form or with fillers.
It is necessary
- - water, 200 ml,
- - sugar, 400 g,
- - lemon juice, 1/2 cup,
- - gelatin, 2, 5 tbsp. l.
Instructions
Step 1
Mix water (150 ml) with sugar. Put on fire and simmer until syrup is obtained.
Step 2
Dilute gelatin with cold water (50 ml), wait until it dissolves. Heat the gelatin, but do not boil. Refrigerate, add to syrup.
Step 3
Remove the gelatin syrup from heat, add lemon juice. Beat the mixture thoroughly. Pour it into molds or fill pretty jars with it. Put it in the refrigerator.
