Everyone from young to old loves delicious sweets. Marmalade is not cheap, and sometimes you want to eat a little extra. Homemade marmalade is prepared quickly, it turns out healthy and tasty.
It is necessary
- - 1 glass of fruit juice;
- - 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice;
- - 1/2 cup sugar;
- - 3 packets of gelatin.
Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine 1/4 cup fruit juice with lime juice. Sprinkle with gelatin on top and, without stirring, leave for a few minutes. Gelatin will begin to stir, do not be alarmed.
Step 2
In a small saucepan, combine remaining 3/4 cup juice with sugar. Simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally, to dissolve the sugar. Once the mixture reaches boiling point, remove from heat. Add the mixture from the saucepan to the gelatin bowl and stir. Let cool slightly. Place gently in baking tins and refrigerate for three hours.
Step 3
To get the marmalade in the form of stripes, after cooling, simply cut it. You can shape the marmalade in any shape you like. Dip in sugar before serving. Done!
