Tincture is a bitter or sweet alcoholic beverage. Sweet liqueurs are usually prepared from a mixture of fruit and berry juices and alcoholic infusions, and bitter ones - from citrus fruit peels, a blend of alcoholic infusions, flavored alcohols. We suggest you prepare sweet pear-currant or barberry liqueur.
Pear-currant tincture
Ingredients:
- 2 liters of vodka;
- 200 g of dried pears;
- 120 g of raisins;
- 50 g of wild black currant leaves.
Place raisins, pears and currant leaves in a glass container, fill with vodka, close with a cork, put in a dark place. Insist for one month, sometimes shaking the alcohol mixture.
Strain the finished tincture, filter through filter paper, bottle, cork.
Tincture of barberry leaves
Ingredients:
- 1 liter of vodka;
- 200 g of barberry leaves (dried).
Pour chopped barberry leaves into a glass container, fill with vodka, close the container tightly. Insist one week at room temperature. Strain the tincture, filter until transparent. Pour the drink into bottles, cork.
Drink a little bit of the ready-made tincture of barberry leaves, in folk medicine it is usually used as a hemostatic agent.
