What does it take to make strong coffee?
To make Turkish coffee, which is only stronger than ristretto, obtained in coffee machines, you will need:

Coffee recipe
Take two small heaped spoons for every hundred grams of water, place the coffee in a turkish. Heat the bottom of the turkey over a stove or sand tray to develop the aroma of the coffee.
Pour water into the Turk to the narrowest point, the water should be cold and clean. You can add sugar to taste.
Put the Turk on the stove or in very hot sand, cook the drink on the quietest fire, because the longer it is cooked, the more interesting and brighter its aroma.
During heating, the coffee particles rush upward with hot water rising streams, forming a dense crust. When the water is about to boil, small air bubbles at the edges break through the crust to form a delicate crema. In order not to spoil the taste of the drink, do not let it escape.
When foam forms around the edges of the coffee crust, remove the turkey from the stove or from the sand. Boiling water decomposes essential oils, breaks down the crust and kills the taste of the drink, adding unpleasant sourness.
After you have removed the Turk from the stove, add spices to your drink to taste. This can be cinnamon, vanilla, pepper, nutmeg, or ginger.
Put the coffee back on the fire briefly until the crema rises to the surface again.
After that, the coffee is ready. If you want to get a very strong and bitter coffee, brew it again, but do not bring it to a boil. If desired, the drink can be supplemented with lemon, milk or sweet liquor. Take out the coffee cup, warm it up a little, pour from the turkish into the coffee cup so that the foam is on the surface of the drink in the cup.
Turkish coffee is served with a glass of clean water.
It is imperative to pour coffee into a warm cup, a cold one can simply ruin the whole taste.
If you are unsure about the quality of the water, use boiled water. Making real tasty coffee takes inspiration; don't try to make it quickly. Instead of sugar at the brewing stage, you can add honey or chocolate, of course, it will be unconventional Turkish coffee, but this variation will not affect the strength of the coffee, and the taste may seem interesting to you.
