You can make many interesting cocktails based on wine and strong liquor. All over the world, bartenders mix almost everything in the bar to serve their customers new original drinks.
Over the years of experimentation, it has been possible to come up with quite a few proven cocktails that combine wine and strong liquor. Complex bouquets of wines, champagne and port can be enhanced with liqueur.
1. Select the glass in which you will serve your cocktail. Measure and pour water into a glass in portions to see if it can hold as much wine and liquor as you intend to mix. Chill a clean glass on ice or in the refrigerator.
2. Fill the cocktail glass halfway with ice. Measure and add the desired amount of wine and strong liquor. In most cocktail recipes, preparation details and details are left to the discretion of the person preparing the drink.
3. Gently stir ice and alcoholic drinks in a shaker using a metal cocktail spoon for 5 seconds. This is how the drink cools and mixes. You do not have to throw ice into it, from which the drink can spill.
4. Strain the cocktail into a chilled glass so that the ice remains in the shaker. Add the decoration directly to the drink or to the edge of the glass.
