Honey pumpkin is best cooked by baking. Then the taste of the pumpkin itself is brighter and more complete. Use this prepared pumpkin to decorate the table, it is a wonderful dessert for children and adults.

Instructions
Step 1
Pick up a medium sized pumpkin. Wash it under running water. Pat dry with a paper towel.
Step 2
Remove the seeds from the washed pumpkin. To do this, using a large knife, cut the pumpkin in half lengthwise. Then, with another knife with a round tip or spoon, remove the soft layer of seeds.
Step 3
Cut each of the halves into rectangles, ideally about five centimeters long and six wide. You can cut it to any arbitrary size at your discretion.
Step 4
Now take each of the cooked pumpkin pieces and brush them with honey on the inside (not the peel side). The best way to do this is by dipping the pumpkin slices in honey. After brushing with honey, place the greased pieces on a baking sheet, skin side down.
Step 5
Preheat the oven. Bake the pumpkin in the oven in honey at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. The pumpkin is done when the pieces are soft when pierced.
Step 6
Alternatively, add some cinnamon and orange peel to the pumpkin-honey baked baked goods before placing them in the oven. To do this: - cut the pumpkin into smaller pieces, about two centimeters long and two wide; - it is not necessary to grease each piece separately. Put all the pieces in a fireproof dish, pour over with honey; - Peel off the orange skin, being careful not to touch the white layer. Chop and add to the pumpkin. - Squeeze the juice from the orange and pour into the total mass. - Add the cinnamon last. - Stir the mixture two to three times during baking.
