Instructions
Step 1
Peel the pumpkin thoroughly. Cut the remaining pulp into small pieces with a knife, then transfer to the blender bowl. Grind the pumpkin until its consistency is the same as that of mashed potatoes.
Step 2
Chop butter, pre-cooled, rub on the smallest grater. Place it in a pumpkin puree blender along with the following ingredients: ground cinnamon, granulated sugar, vanilla sugar, as well as honey, preferably liquid, and citrus liqueur. The latter is optional, only optional. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 3
After mixing wheat flour with ingredients such as salt and baking soda, add it to the main pumpkin-honey mixture. By mixing the mixture thoroughly, you will get a sufficiently sticky dough for future cookies. Put it in the cold, previously wrapped in plastic, for about 40 minutes.
Step 4
After 40 minutes, remove the polyethylene from the dough. Knead it lightly with your hands greased with sunflower oil, then pinch off small pieces from it and roll them so that you get balls.
Step 5
Put the resulting dough figures on a sheet of parchment lined on a baking sheet at a sufficient distance from each other. Having spread out all the balls, gently press them down with your palm so that they flatten and become thinner than before.
Step 6
After preheating the oven to a temperature of 150 degrees, send the future delicacy to bake it for about 50 minutes. Serve the finished baked goods to the table, after cooling it down. Pumpkin honey cookie is ready!
