It is necessary

  • - flour - 180 g;
  • - butter - 110 g;
  • - sugar - 60 g;
  • - egg - 1 pc.;
  • - pumpkin seeds - 100 g;
  • - rosemary - 4 branches;
  • - salt - a pinch.

Instructions

Step 1

Remove the skins from the pumpkin seeds. Fresh rosemary, rinsed well, chop with a knife into fairly small pieces. Put the above two ingredients in a blender bowl. Send granulated sugar and wheat flour there, certainly sifted. Beat the resulting mass until the pumpkin seeds are crushed.

Step 2

Defrost the cooled butter until soft, then add it to the rest of the mass in a blender. Whisk the mixture well. After this procedure, add one raw chicken egg there. Whisk again. As a result, you will have a homogeneous and rather soft dough for the future pumpkin cookies with rosemary.

Step 3

Roll 2 “sausages” of the same size out of the finished dough. Then wrap each of them with cling film or polyethylene and send them to the refrigerator for half an hour.

Step 4

After taking out the slightly frozen "sausages" from the dough from the refrigerator and removing the cling film from them, cut them into circles, the thickness of which does not exceed 1, 3 centimeters. Place the resulting shapes on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and press a few pumpkin seeds into each of them.

Step 5

Send the future cookies to the oven and bake them at 180-190 degrees until they turn brown, that is, for 25 minutes.

Step 6

Allow finished baked goods to cool on a baking tray, then serve. Pumpkin seed rosemary cookies are ready!
