Quince pie with pumpkin seeds is a rather interesting and unusual pastry. I suggest you experiment a little and cook such an original dish.

Instructions
Step 1
With the breadcrumbs, do the following: Break each slice into several large enough pieces and place them in a food processor. Then send the pumpkin seeds along with the millet there. Grind everything as it should.

Cut the lime into two equal parts and squeeze the juice out of one of them. Extract the contents from the vanilla pod.
Step 3
Rinse the quince thoroughly under running water, grind it with a fine grater and mix with lime juice. Mix everything properly.

Separate the whites from the yolks. Mix the first with 2 tablespoons of cold water. Beat this mixture thoroughly. You should end up with a pretty tough foam. Then add granulated sugar there. Beat everything again, but this time until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Step 5
Then add the crushed bread mass, as well as vanilla and grated quince mixed with lime juice into the protein-sugar mixture. Mix everything as it should.
Step 6
Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Send the future quince pie with pumpkin seeds to bake in the oven, the temperature of which is 200 degrees, for about 20-25 minutes.
