It is necessary

  • For four servings:
  • - 150 g butter;
  • - 100 g of wheat flour;
  • - 75 g of oatmeal;
  • - 50 g each of transparent honey, dark raisins, sugar;
  • - 40 g of peeled pumpkin seeds;
  • - 5 g of baking powder;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of water;
  • - a pinch of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Melt the butter, add sugar and clear honey, stir until smooth. Combine flour with cereals, dark raisins and seeds, add to butter mixture. Dissolve baking powder in water, add to the dough, knead it.

Step 2

Line a baking sheet with baking paper, place portions of the dough on top (spread with a teaspoon), press down a little to make neat cakes. Bake oatmeal cookies at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

Step 3

Let the cooked cookies cool on a baking sheet for 10 minutes. Please note that the uncooled cookies are very soft, remove them carefully from the baking sheet, lay them on a flat surface for final hardening.
