  • - 180 g flour;
  • - 110 g butter;
  • - 100 g pumpkin seeds;
  • - 60 g of sugar;
  • - 1 egg;
  • - 4 sprigs of rosemary;
  • - a pinch of salt.

Instructions

Step 1

Pour the sifted flour with sugar, pumpkin seeds and chopped fresh rosemary into a blender bowl. Whisk well so that the seeds are completely crushed. Leave a few pumpkin seeds intact - they will serve as a decoration for our cookies. Then add softened butter, beat again. Add one chicken egg, beat.

Step 2

You have a smooth, soft dough. Form two sausages from it, wrap them in plastic wrap, put them in the refrigerator for half an hour to cool. The dough is very pliable, the sausages form very easily.

Step 3

As soon as half an hour has passed, remove the sausages from the dough, cut into small circles about 1 centimeter thick. Place them on a baking sheet, which should be covered with baking paper beforehand. Press a few whole pumpkin seeds into each circle.

Step 4

Bake the pumpkin seed and rosemary cookies at 190 degrees for about 25 minutes. The cookies should be browning. Then remove the baking sheet from the oven, cool the cookies completely. Transfer to a vase - the cookies are ready to serve, all that remains is to make tea and gather everyone at the table!
