Fall is the time to watch your favorite Hogwarts movies, with a cup of apple-cinnamon tea and pumpkin baked goods. Pumpkin cookies will come in handy here.

- - peeled pumpkin - 250 g
- - peeled pumpkin seeds - 0.3 cups
- - sugar - 5 tablespoons
- - cinnamon - 0.5 tsp
- - soda - 1 tsp.
- - vinegar - 1 tsp.
- - flour - 1 glass
- - oatmeal - 1 glass
- - vegetable oil - 50 ml
- - water - 100 ml
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the pumpkin on a fine grater and place in a deep bowl.
Grind the peeled pumpkin seeds and oatmeal with a regular coffee grinder and combine with the pumpkin.
Add granulated sugar and cinnamon to this. Add premium wheat flour.
Mix the baking soda and vinegar separately in a glass or glass jar. Pour room temperature water and vegetable oil into this mixture. Mix everything and add to a bowl with a mixture of crushed pumpkin, flour, cereal and seeds.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly to form a thick dough.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
Take a baking sheet and apply a thin layer of vegetable oil to the surface.
Using a teaspoon, spread the dough on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small distance, as the cookies will spread slightly around the edges during cooking.
Step 3
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the lean pumpkin cookie for 8 to 12 minutes.
Remove the hot biscuits from the baking sheet and cool on a flat surface.
