To make delicious oatmeal cookies with honey, you will need the following products:

- 2 cups oatmeal;

- 1 tbsp. l. wheat flour (no top);

- ¾ glass of granulated sugar;

- ¼ glasses of honey;

- 100 g butter or butter margarine;

- 2 eggs;

- ½ cup shelled walnuts;

- vanillin or ½ tsp. cinnamon, or the zest of one lemon.

First of all, pass the oatmeal through the meat grinder, having previously cleaned them of debris. Mash butter or margarine white with granulated sugar and, continuing to grind, add honey and eggs one by one. Grind the mass until smooth or so that the sugar does not creak under the spoon.

To make oatmeal cookies using this recipe, you will need:

- 1 glass of oatmeal;

- 100 g sour cream with a fat content of 20-25%;

- 100 g of butter;

- ½ cup seedless raisins;

- ½ tsp. soda.

Mash the butter and granulated sugar well, gradually adding sour cream, egg and honey (if it is sugared, melt the honey in a water bath or in the microwave). Sort out the raisins, rinse and soak for 20 minutes in warm water.
