Honey cookies with almonds are much tastier than meets the eye. This delicacy will appeal to both adults and children. Hurry up to cook it!
It is necessary
- - flour - 300 g;
- - corn starch - 50 g;
- - butter - 130 g;
- - sour cream - 170 g;
- - egg - 1 pc.;
- - vanilla sugar - 2 tablespoons;
- - honey - 2 tablespoons;
- - baking powder for dough - 1/2 teaspoon;
- - salt - a pinch;
- - cognac - 2 tablespoons;
- - almonds - 100-120 g;
- - poppy;
- - sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Put the honey in a separate bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar to it. After melting this mixture with a water bath, add cognac into it. Grind the cooled butter by grating, then add to the rest of the mass. Mix everything well.
Step 2
Enter the following ingredients into the creamy honey mass: raw chicken egg; sour cream; the remains of vanilla sugar; corn starch; crushed almonds into small pieces and a dry mixture passed through a sieve, consisting of wheat flour, salt and baking powder for dough. You can replace the latter with soda. Mixing everything well, you get a rather greasy dough to the touch. Put it in the cold for about 60 minutes.
Step 3
After 60 minutes have passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Roll it out in the shape of the layer. Cut small circles out of the rolled dough using a round neck dish.
Step 4
Place the resulting round cakes from the dough on a baking sheet, or rather on a parchment laid on it, at some distance from each other. Combine poppy seeds with granulated sugar. Decorate the future honey cookies with almonds with the resulting sprinkling. In this form, keep the dish at room temperature for several minutes.
Step 5
After the time has elapsed, send the delicacy to be baked in the oven, the temperature of which is 175 degrees. Cook the dish until it is browned, that is, about 20 minutes. Honey almond cookies are ready!
