You can prepare a delicious treat without touching the oven. I bring to your attention cookies with almonds without baking. Such a dessert will not only conquer you with its wonderful taste, but also because it is very healthy. You can safely use it as a snack or breakfast.
It is necessary
- - fresh honey - 0.5 cups;
- - coconut oil - 1/4 cup;
- - almond oil - 1/4 cup;
- - sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon;
- - vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon;
- - cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
- - Hercules flakes - 1 glass;
- - almonds - 0.5 cups;
- - walnuts - 0.5 cups;
- - peeled sunflower seeds - 1/4 cup;
- - peeled pumpkin seeds - 1/4 cup;
- - raisins - 1/4 cup;
- - chocolate chips - 1 glass.
Instructions
Step 1
Chop the walnuts and almonds into quarters. Put the resulting mass in a separate bowl and add the following ingredients to it: peeled sunflower and pumpkin seeds, rolled oats, as well as raisins and chocolate chips. Mix everything properly.
Step 2
Combine honey and coconut oil in one small saucepan. Put the resulting mixture on the stove and heat over low heat, stirring continuously. Then add salt, almond oil, vanilla sugar and ground cinnamon there. Having mixed everything well, cook the formed mass until it becomes homogeneous.
Step 3
Add the finished honey mass to a dry mixture consisting of seeds, nuts and rolled oats. Mix everything until smooth.
Step 4
In a previously prepared oblong baking dish, place the resulting homogeneous honey-nut mass, evenly distributing it over the entire surface. Just first thoroughly grease it with sunflower oil and cover with a sheet of parchment. In this form, send the future cookies to the refrigerator. There it should stay for at least 3 hours, that is, until it hardens completely.
Step 5
After the time has passed, carefully cut the frozen delicacy into small pieces and serve. Cookies with almonds without baking are ready!
