Preheat the oven to 175C. Cover two baking sheets with baking paper. Melt the butter and let it cool for a few minutes. Beat eggs with two types of sugar and salt in a bowl. Pour in butter and add oatmeal, coconut flakes and flour sifted with baking powder and soda. Knead a homogeneous dough.
Step 2
Using two spoons, form balls from the dough and put them on baking sheets at a short distance from each other. We send to the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Step 3
For a delicious chocolate layer, bring the cream to a boil in a saucepan or ladle and add the dark chocolate pieces. Stir the cream thoroughly so that the chocolate is completely dissolved.
Step 4
When the cookies and cream are completely cool, grease one cookie with cream and combine it with the second. A delicious and healthy dessert is ready!
