If you want to cook something tasty and healthy for your tea, I advise you to bake oatmeal and banana cookies. It is prepared quickly and easily, and its taste will delight even the most fastidious gourmet.
It is necessary
- - two bananas;
- - 1/2 cup instant oatmeal;
- 1/2 cup regular oatmeal
- - a handful of cranberries;
- - a handful of light raisins.
Instructions
Step 1
Save all the ingredients you need to make the cookie. Make sure the bananas are ripe and free from browning. Sort the oatmeal and remove debris and low-quality seeds, if any. Rinse the cranberries, pour the raisins with boiling water, let stand for five to seven minutes, then rinse in cold water.
Step 2
Peel the bananas, cut into pieces and place in a deep bowl. Take a fork and thoroughly mash the bananas until smooth (it is worth noting that only ripe sweet bananas must be used to prepare this dish).
Step 3
Add the oatmeal to the bananas and stir (it is advisable to add the regular cereal first, stir and let stand for two minutes, then add the instant cereal).
Step 4
The base for the cookies is ready, now you need to add additional ingredients to it, namely raisins and cranberries. Place the berries and dried fruits in the "dough" and stir gently so as not to crush the cranberries.
Step 5
Prepare a baking sheet, line it with well-oiled parchment. Soak your palms in clean warm water, pick up a small piece of dough, roll it into a ball, put it on a baking sheet and press down lightly with your palm. In the same way, from the rest of the dough, make a round cookie (if you wish, the dough can be put in a mold and with an ordinary tablespoon).
Step 6
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place a baking sheet with cookies in it and leave for 10-12 minutes. As time passes, place the cookies on a plate and serve hot.
