Oatmeal cookies are a delicious, healthy, dietary dessert for tea. It contains slow carbohydrates and relieves hunger for a long time. And if you add raisins, nuts or even pieces of chocolate to it, you get very mouth-watering sweets that will not leave indifferent either adults or children.
It is necessary
- - 4-5 st. l. oatmeal
- - 1 egg
- - 2-3 tbsp. yogurt or sour cream
- - 50 grams of raisins
- - 50 grams of peanuts
- - sugar / salt to taste
Instructions
Step 1
The oatmeal can be taken whole or lightly ground in a coffee grinder. Also grind the roasted peanut kernels. Soak the raisins in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
Step 2
Combine oatmeal, chopped peanuts, sugar, salt, egg and yogurt. Rinse the raisins and add to the ingredients. Knead the dough, which should be thick and stick to the spoon.
Step 3
Put a silicone mat on a baking sheet, grease it with a drop of vegetable oil and put small portions of dough on it with a spoon. Form round cookies out of them. It will be okay if they are not quite even.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the cookies in it for 20-25 minutes. After the specified time, remove the cookies and allow to cool.
Step 5
It is recommended to eat the cookies cooled down. Then it will be crispy and tasty.
