Oatmeal cookies are quick and easy to prepare, but they turn out to be very aromatic, crumbly and tasty! You can experiment with the filling by adding nuts, candied fruits, or chocolate pieces.

Step 1
Beat the softened butter with sugar and vanilla sugar until smooth and fluffy. Add the egg, beat again.

Mix dry ingredients: flour, cinnamon, salt, baking powder. Sift the dry mixture into the dough. Mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Pour oatmeal into the dough. Stir until smooth. There should be no lumps of dry flakes in the dough. Add raisins, mix with a spatula.
Step 4
With wet hands, form balls and put them on a baking sheet on parchment paper, slightly flattening them. Remember that cookies will increase in width by 2-3 times, so you need to lay them out at some distance from each other.
Step 5
We put the cookies in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake the cookies until golden brown, about 10-15 minutes (depending on the size of the cookie). Do not be alarmed if the already toasted biscuits feel too soft. It will become crispy when completely cooled.
