Eating porridge is important for both a growing and a mature organism. There are different types of porridge, but the most popular is, perhaps, oatmeal. It contains many useful substances that have a beneficial effect on mental and physical endurance, strengthening the immune system and the body as a whole. But ordinary oatmeal tastes fresh, so it is recommended to supplement it with “banana” milk and aromatic cinnamon.

It is necessary

  • For two servings:
  • - 1 glass of oatmeal;
  • - 2 cookies of the "Jubilee" type;
  • - 1/4 liter of milk;
  • - 2 bananas;
  • - 2 teaspoons of sugar;
  • - vanilla sugar, salt, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg.

Instructions

Step 1

Bring the milk to a boil.

Step 2

Grind one ripe peeled banana with a fork and add to boiling milk.

Step 3

Add sugar, a pinch of salt, nutmeg, cinnamon to taste. Add oatmeal.

Step 4

Cook the porridge for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring slowly.

Step 5

Rinse the raisins and add them to the porridge a minute before the end of cooking. Turn off the heat, cover the pan with a lid, wait a couple of minutes - let the oatmeal reach.

Step 6

Place the sliced banana slices in the bottom of a deep plate and mix with chopped cookies. Put porridge cooked in "banana" milk on top.
