Without peeling off the skin, cut the apples into small pieces. Remove the pitted core. Then take a glass, metal or porcelain dish and place the sliced fruit in it. Sprinkle with cinnamon and stir. Place in the oven for ten to fifteen minutes. You can also bake apples in the microwave at maximum power for a few minutes. After the apples are soft and juiced, remove them and add cottage cheese and nuts (nuts can be chopped and fried beforehand). Stir everything and place on a plate.
