These ingredients will make a small pie, if you wish, you can double the recipe. The dry ingredients are simply mixed and poured in layers with the apple filling. It is better to take apples for the pie sweet and sour and juicy.
Ingredients:
Large apples - 4 pcs.;
Sugar - 0.5 cups;
Flour - 0.5 cups;
Semolina - 0.5 cups;
Frozen butter - 100 gr.;
Baking dough or soda - 1 tsp;
Walnuts - 30 gr.;
Raisins - 30 gr.;
Lemon juice - 1 tsp;
Cinnamon - a pinch.
Preparation:
1. Pour sugar, sifted flour, semolina, baking soda, or baking powder into a bowl. Mix everything well. The cake dough is ready!
2. Wash the apples, peel, grate on a coarse grater.
3. Chop the nuts, add to the apples.
4. Pre-soak the raisins for 30 minutes, add to the nuts and apples.
5. Add cinnamon and lemon juice to prevent the apples from darkening, stir.
6. Place parchment paper on the bottom of the baking dish.
7. Grate 50 grams of frozen butter on the bottom of the pan.
8. Pour on top of the butter alternately: a layer of dry dough, a layer of apple filling. As a result, you should get two layers of apples and three layers of dry dough. The most important thing is that there is a layer of dough on top, on which you rub the remaining 50 grams of butter.
9. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
10. Bake the loose pie for 30 minutes. For a crispy top on the pie, sprinkle with sugar 5 minutes before cooking.
Cool the finished pie, sprinkle with powdered sugar on top.
