A delicious roll for tea with apple and nuts is prepared very quickly. The roll turns out to be tender and just melts in your mouth.
- 4 eggs
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 120-130 grams of sugar
- 4-5 grams of baking powder for dough
For filling:
- 3-4 ripe apples
- a bag of vanillin (1-2 gr)
- half a glass of any nuts
- 50-55 grams of sugar
1. Mix apples grated on a coarse grater with sugar, vanilla and chopped nuts.
2. Put the resulting mass on a baking tray, on the bottom of which put parchment first.
3. Smooth the apple-nut mixture on a baking sheet.
4. Beat the whites with a little salt using a mixer.
5. Beat the yolks separately for 2 minutes. Then add sugar and beat the same amount.
6. To the whipped yolks, add a little flour mixed with baking powder, and then the whites.
7. Put the resulting dough on the filling lying on a baking sheet, distribute evenly.
8. Bake for about 13 minutes. The recommended temperature is 175-180 degrees.
9. Quickly but neatly turn the finished biscuit on a table covered with a towel (the filling should be on top)
10. Roll the hot sponge cake into a roll (you can use a towel so as not to burn yourself).
11. Wait until the roll has cooled down a little and enjoy its delicious taste over a cup of tea or coffee.
