- - Flour - a little more than 1 cup (150 g);
- - Sugar - 0.5 cups (100 g);
- - Sour cream - 3 tbsp. l.;
- - Chicken eggs - 3 pcs.;
- - Baking powder dough - 1 tsp;
- - Any fruits (oranges, apples) - 3 pcs.;
- - Powdered sugar or melted chocolate for decoration - optional;
- - Silicone baking dish.
Instructions
Step 1
First, let's prepare the fruit. To do this, remove the peel with seeds from oranges (apples) and cut them into small pieces or in the form of cubes.
Step 2
In a clean, dry bowl, beat the eggs with sugar until they form a thick white white with a mixer at maximum speed. Then add sour cream and stir.
Step 3
In a separate cup, stir in the flour and baking powder and add portions to the beaten sugar eggs using a spoon. At this stage, it is better not to use a mixer so that the product is as airy as possible.
Step 4
Now put the prepared pieces of fruit on the bottom of the mold and cover them with dough. Then send the piece to the microwave and bake for 10 minutes at the power that is automatically programmed. In most cases, this is 800-900 watts.
Step 5
After the time has elapsed, remove the finished cake from the oven, remove it from the mold and, when it cools a little, garnish it with powdered sugar or melted dark chocolate if desired.
