A good hostess is always helped by quick recipes. When guests are on the doorstep or you need to quickly prepare something for tea for a family evening, then honey muffins are a real lifesaver.
It is necessary

- • Warm water - 450-500 ml
- • Honey - 3-3, 5 tbsp. spoons
- • Sugar -0, 5 glasses
- • Vegetable oil - ¾- 1 glass
- • Wheat flour - 4 cups
- • Soda - 1 tsp.
- • Salt - 0.5 tsp.
- Cupcake tins (silicone or metal)
Instructions
Step 1
Combine warm water, vegetable oil, honey and sugar in a bowl. Stir the mixture thoroughly until the sugar grains dissolve and all liquids are combined into a homogeneous mass.
Step 2
Sift flour into another bowl, add baking soda and salt. Place the dry mixture and combine with the liquid mixture. At this stage, you need to carefully place the resulting dough so that there are no lumps. The consistency of the dough should be like a pancake.
Step 3
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Place the dough 2/3 of the way into the muffin tins. Honey muffins are baked for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. The resulting honey muffins will have a pleasant dark honey hue. Let them rest in shape for 5-10 minutes and listen.
