Many of us love honey mushrooms in any form: boiled, fried or in soup. But honey mushrooms cooked with potatoes are a delicious dish that can be cooked pretty quickly. In order to prepare such a masterpiece, you do not need to have special culinary talents.

- half a kilogram of potatoes;

Instructions
Step 1
Wash the honey mushrooms and place in a saucepan. Fill with water, add salt to taste and cook at full power for half an hour. After that, the water should be drained, and the mushrooms should be rinsed with cold water. Before frying, honey mushrooms are boiled so that all harmful substances are boiled down, because as we all know, mushrooms absorb everything like a sponge, regardless of whether these are useful substances or harmful ones.
Step 2
Peel and cut the potatoes the way you always cut them for frying. The pieces should not be very large so that the crust remains crispy after frying. Heat a skillet with vegetable oil. There should not be too much of it so that the dish does not seem too greasy. Place the potatoes in a skillet and roast for 5 minutes, covered.
Step 3
Remove the lid from the potatoes and add the mushrooms. Stir well. You need to salt the dish at the end, since the salt will make the potatoes juice and will look more like boiled ones. Fry potatoes with mushrooms until tender.
Step 4
When the potatoes are almost ready, you need to salt and pepper the dish, and also put a bay leaf. The salt should be very fine, otherwise it will crunch on your teeth. You don't need to salt a lot, since honey mushrooms were cooked in salted water and you only need to rely on potatoes.
Step 5
Remove the dish from heat. You can serve it both independently and with any salad. This dish with mayonnaise is very tasty.
