If you have meringue yolks left over, then this pie is a great way to dispose of them!
It is necessary
- For a round shape 26 cm:
- 5 yolks;
- 125 g sugar;
- 125 g olive oil;
- 400 g of boiled condensed milk;
- 225 g flour;
- 1.25 tsp baking powder;
- 180 g of your favorite nuts.
Instructions
Step 1
Using a mixer, beat the yolks and sugar until white. Add condensed milk and vegetable oil. Beat well until smooth.
Step 2
Sift flour with baking powder and combine with liquid ingredients. Knead until smooth.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Grind the nuts into medium crumbs and add to the dough. We line the form with parchment and put the dough into it. We send it to the oven for 40-50 minutes. The toothpick will come out dry from the finished cake! Cool, cut and serve with a cup of hot tea. Bon Appetit!
