Spicy carrot roll has an original and slightly pungent taste due to the addition of garlic and black ground pepper. An unexpected combination will be the use of processed cheese as a filling. This dish can be prepared every day.

- - 500 g carrots
- - 3 processed cheese
- - salt
- - ground black pepper
- - vegetable oil
- - 3 cloves of garlic
- - 4 tbsp. l. mayonnaise
- - parsley
- - 2 eggs
Instructions
Step 1
Grate the carrots on a fine grater and lightly fry in vegetable oil. Beat the eggs in a separate container using a whisk. Mix the egg mixture with the carrots and continue cooking for another 5-6 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper a few minutes before cooking. Add chopped parsley. Put the cooked carrots in a baking dish and place in the oven for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Lightly melt the melted cheese curds in a water bath so that they acquire the consistency of thick sour cream. Add a few tablespoons of mayonnaise. Mix the mixture thoroughly and place on the finished carrot pancake in an even layer.
Step 4
Wrap the carrot pancake in a roll and cut into small pieces. Garnish with sprigs of mint or parsley before serving.
