To make Neptune salad, you need the following products:

  1. Squids - 300 g;
  2. Shrimp - 300 g;
  3. Red caviar - 130 g;
  4. Crab sticks - 200 g;
  5. Boiled eggs - 5 pieces;
  6. Mayonnaise, salt, pepper to taste.

We will cook like this. Boil boiled eggs, cool, peel. Separate the white from the yolk. Finely chop the boiled protein into a separate bowl, and leave the yolk for now - you can use it to decorate the finished dish later.

Put a saucepan of water on the fire and boil the shrimp in it. The water should be slightly salted. Put the water back on to warm up, bring to a boil, cut the squid into rings and put in boiling water. Try not to overcook them - overcooked squids turn out to be rubbery and will not be particularly pleasant to eat.

Cut the crab sticks into pieces. Combine all prepared ingredients in one bowl, add mayonnaise and mix everything well. Put red caviar last, otherwise it will burst all over with intensive stirring.

If you wish, you can salt and pepper the salad with seafood, but this should also be done last, after adding caviar and mayonnaise, otherwise there is a risk of oversalting the dish. Finally, chop the left yolk on top. The finished salad not only turns out to be very tasty, but also looks extremely attractive.
