Step 1

Rinse thoroughly and pat dry the greens. You can use almost any greenery that is at hand and will suit you - green onions, arugula, dill, parsley, cilantro, basil. You can tear the greens with your hands or cut them into small pieces with a sharp knife.

Put the greens in a double boiler, place a well-pepper and salted piece of fish on the greens. Prepare the fish in advance, get rid of fins, tails, heads, bones and entrails. Clean the surface from scales and rinse thoroughly in running water.

Steam prepared fish with herbs for 25 minutes. If you cook the dish for longer, then dry the meat. If it is less, the fish will not be ready. While the meat is cooking, make the sauce. This is done very simply, just mix olive oil with lemon juice. To do this, take two tablespoons of olive oil and one teaspoon of lemon juice and mix them in a small bowl with a fork.

Serve the fish as an independent dish or with a side dish of rice and salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, garlic, parsley and dill.
