Fish is a very healthy food, especially if it is steamed. Such a dish is easy to bring to life if you use a multicooker. The multicooker contains a special bowl for steaming various products. But fish can be cooked at the same time as a side dish, for example, with rice, which will significantly save time, and you will be guaranteed a delicious and healthy dinner.

  • - fish fillet 300 g
  • - rice 0.5 cups
  • - onion 1 pc.
  • - tomato 1 pc.
  • - water 1 glass
  • - mayonnaise 50 g
  • - sour cream 50 g
  • - hard cheese 50 g
  • - salt pepper

Instructions

Step 1

Fillets of sea fish, such as cod or pink salmon, are suitable for the dish. It must be cut into small portions, greased with spices and left for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Cut the tomato into thin slices and the onion into half rings. Grate cheese. Mayonnaise is mixed with sour cream.

Step 3

Put the fish in a steaming container. Tomato and onion are placed on each piece of fillet. Pour vegetables on top with sour cream and mayonnaise sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Step 4

Pour water into the multicooker bowl, add washed rice into it, salt. Cooking cereals in the "Steam cooking" mode for 30 minutes. 15 minutes before the end of the time, put a container with fish in a multicooker and continue cooking until the equipment gives a signal.

Step 5

When everything is ready, use a spatula to lay out the fish on plates and add rice. The fish can be sprinkled with herbs and served.
