These steamed cutlets are juicy, tender and dietary. Thanks to the bay leaves, they are mouth-watering and aromatic. Cabbage leaves, on which cutlets are laid, are soaked in meat juices and are a pleasant addition to this dish.
It is necessary
- - bay leaves - 3 pcs;
- - pepper; salt - 0.5 tsp;
- - boiled rice - 150 g;
- - large onion - 100 g;
- - chicken breast - 600 g.
Instructions
Step 1
Peel the chicken breast, cut out all the bones. Pass the meat through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Put coarsely peeled onions, peppers and salt into the blender bowl. Pour in water. Beat the mixture until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the onion mass into the minced chicken. Stir and add cooked rice. Mix everything well again. At the exit, we get a soft and sticky minced chicken - what we need.
Step 4
Pour boiling water into a saucepan, put 3 bay leaves in it. Install the steam insert.
Step 5
Wash the cabbage leaves, lightly salt on one side. Place them with the salted side down on the insert.
Step 6
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil, or simply moisten with water. Form the minced meat into flattened identical balls and place them on the cabbage.
Step 7
Cover the skillet tightly with a lid and turn on high heat. When the water boils, reduce heat to low. Cook the patties for about 40 minutes. Serve steamed chicken cutlets with cabbage.
