Step 1

We take a closer look at the steamer and start cooking cutlets. We take the minced meat with a tablespoon, shape it into a cutlet with our palms and put it in a double boiler. We close the double boiler and put on medium heat for 30-40 minutes. When the time is up, turn off the steamer and, without removing the cutlets from it, let them infuse for 10 minutes.
