Step 1
Let's start making the dough. Pour flour into a bowl, then sour cream. Put 1 spoonful of baking soda and "bury" it in sour cream to extinguish. Add a pinch of salt and a spoonful of sugar. Stir the whole mass using whatever is convenient for you (spoon, whisk, fork). Knead the dough for the dumplings with your own hands.
Step 2
Divide the dough into portions. It is desirable that they be equal to each other. Take one such piece and crush it into a cake. Put 4 berries on the tortilla, as well as half a teaspoon of sugar. Pinch the edges to form a dumpling. This operation must be repeated with each of the portioned pieces of dough.
Step 3
Put the finished dumplings on a sheet of cooking paper. If not, take a flat plate, sprinkle it with flour and put the dumplings there.
Step 4
Pour water into the skillet. It must be poured just enough so that the bottom of the pan is covered with water. Put cheesecloth folded 4-8 times on the bottom of the pan. It should also cover the bottom of the pan.
Step 5
Bring the water to a boil and add the dumplings. Cooking time is 5 minutes.
Step 6
As soon as the dumplings are ready, put them in a deep container. Alternatively, you can put it on plates right away and serve.
